TRAFFIC IMPACT AND DURATION: MToday, Friday, June 13, and continuing into early next week, there will be lane closures with alternating one-way traffic controlled by flaggers on Industrial Avenue between Gail Terrace and Vermont Route 2A (VT 2A) between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.

From Tuesday, June 17, through Friday, June 20, lane reductions and lane shifts will occur on VT 2A between the Industrial Avenue/Mountain View Road intersection and Meadowrun Road from 6:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. This includes the VT 2A northbound left-turn-only lane at the Industrial Avenue intersection. Alternating one-way traffic controlled by flaggers may also be required along this segment and at the intersection between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.

Between Monday, June 16, and Friday, June 20, motorists should expect significant delays from 6:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and plan for extra travel time or consider alternate routes.

Uneven gravel surfaces will be present on Industrial Avenue

Crews conduct roadway widening along the south side of Industrial Avenue between Gail Terrace and VT 2A in Williston, VT.

CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES: Crews will continue roadway widening and drainage installation along the Industrial Avenue eastbound lane between Gail Terrace and VT 2A through early next week. On Tuesday, crews are expected to turn onto VT 2A southbound and progress with this work toward Meadowrun Road. Next week, crews will also install traffic signal foundations at the VT 2A and Industrial Avenue/Mountain View Road intersection.

LOCATION: The project limits (highlighted in orange) include the 0.7-mile segment of Vermont Route 2A (VT 2A) in Williston, VT from Meadowrun Road to just south of River Cove Road, including its intersection with Industrial Avenue/Mountain View Road.
