At long last, the amendments to Chapter 42 Village Zoning District are compiled and ready for public review. These amendments were called for in the 2018 adoption of the Village Master Plan. Significant process was made on the project in 2022 with a Municipal Planning Grant to develop the framework, diagrams, and photographs that compose most of this draft Chapter. Based upon feedback from the public and Planning Commission, most sections of the draft Chapter was simplified and reworked.
