Why are sponsorships needed?
The Brick Church Music Series is the work of volunteers and is not linked to or driven by any one community group or organization.  A major goal is to promote community interaction and support the arts and performing artists.  In order to keep ticket costs low, and to allow the series to serve as a fundraising mechanism for worthy local charities, sponsorships are crucial for the concept to succeed.

We are actively seeking individuals, businesses, and other organizations interested in sponsoring an event or contributing toward the overall series costs.  Contributors will be recognized, depending on the level of contribution in one or more of the following ways:

  • Newspaper Ads
  • Poster/flyers
  • Concert web site
  • Slide show
  • Verbal recognition during concert
  • Free tickets
  • Reserved seating

What benefits does my company get as a sponsor?
Series Sponsor: Available at two levels: $5,000 (sole series sponsorship with priority placement in all advertising) and $2,500 level (shared series sponsorship with shared placement in advertising). Series sponsors are provided complementary season passes and may request reserve seating.  Series sponsors may have their business highlighted during introductions and intermission for all events if requested.

Event Sponsorship: A business or individual can also be the sole sponsor for a concert or may share sponsorship with other businesses.  Prices range from the highest $1000 sole sponsorship to lowest $200 (shared sponsorship) Event sponsorship will include mention and logo placement in publications, advertising, and event brochures.  Event Sponsors are admitted free with two guests to the event they sponsor, including reserve seating, if they request it.  Event Sponsors will also be introduced at the event, if they choose to, and their businesses highlighted during introductions and intermission.  Please allow us to highlight and promote your business at the event you sponsor - events are well attended and an ideal place to acquaint residents with your services or products.

Donors: Donations at all levels are needed, including in-kind contributions of food, goods, or services from businesses that would like to support the series or a particular charity but are not in a position to sponsor an event or underwrite the series.  Most events will feature intermissions with food sales, with all proceeds going to the charity that is hosting the event, so donated food or beverages are greatly appreciated.  All donors will be acknowledged on all programs.
