Eric moved to Williston in 2007, and joined the Conservation Commission in 2008. He joined the commission to contribute his knowledge of lakes and streams and general water quality management to the town. Eric holds a Ph.D. in Natural Resources and an M.S. degree in Wildlife and Fisheries Biology from the University of Vermont, and undergraduate degrees in environmental biology and ecology from SUNY-Environmental Science and Forestry and Paul Smith’s College in New York. He currently works for the Lake Champlain Basin Program in Grand Isle, VT where he coordinates watershed-oriented research projects and pollution reduction projects as part of the LCBP’s Lake Champlain Management Plan. Eric is an avid gardener and explores the art of freestyle cooking.
