Planning Commission
The Planning Commission is a seven member board, appointed by the Selectboard, with members serving staggered, four year terms. The function of this Commission is long range planning which includes preparation of the Town’s Comprehensive Plan of Development, Zoning Regulations, and Subdivision Regulations. The Planning Commission may undertake studies and make recommendations regarding future development. The Planning Commission usually meets on first and third Tuesdays at 7:00 pm, in-person and online with Zoom. Click here for meeting agendas and minutes. How to Contact the Planning Commission: Every meeting begins with a public forum - anyone can address the Commission with general questions or comments. Public comments/questions related to a formal Public Hearing or specific agenda item may be taken later on during the meeting.
