Members of the Public:  Two students from St. Michael’s College

1. The meeting was called to order at 5:05 PM.  All attendees were introduced and the attending students explained their interest in the meeting. 

2. Public Comments:  none

3. Review of Funding Requests:

   A.  There were two suggestions for next year’s application. 
      1.  Change Request Amount to:  Request Amount and reason for any change in amount from previous year.
      2.  Change question #4 to:  How do you measure your outcomes and what are those outcomes?  How have your outcomes changed over several years?

4. Funding requests were reviewed with the following recommendations:  level fund all organizations with the following exceptions:
   A. Increase funding for the Howard Center by $400.
   B. Increase funding for the Williston Food Shelf by $190.
   C. Award $300 to Vermont Works for Women.
   D. Decrease funding for Vermont Adult Learning by $100 to equal their request.

5. Other Business:  Discussion of number of members of committee and possible new membership.
