• AP 19-0160 / DP 09-01.12 – Administrator’s referral of rooftop mechanical screening plan for Home2 Suites hotel under construction at 150 Market Street at Finney Crossing located in the Taft Corners Zoning District (TCZD).

• Final Plans referral of DP 20-19 Blair Knowles requests a discretionary permit and certificate of appropriateness (CoA) to change the use of an existing residential dwelling to a mixed-use building with a dwelling and real estate brokerage office, expand the parking area, and add a freestanding sign at 7997 Williston Road located in the National Register Historic District of the Village Zoning District (VZD).

The public can speak to the board at the beginning of every meeting during the public forum with general comments and concerns. For each agenda item, the board listens to testimony from the public during the hearing. Please state your name and address for the record each time you speak at the meeting.

Comment letters received the Wednesday before a DRB meeting will be distributed to board members. If your letter is longer than 1 double-sided page or brought to the meeting, please provide 10 copies. Comment letters are added to the public record and uploaded to the website.
