• DP 20-18 Ethan Allen Holdings LLC c/o Christopher Senesac requests pre-application review of a proposed 132-unit residential subdivision (11 single family lots, 14 detached units, 48 duplex units, 15 triplex units, and 44 fourplex units) with a road connection to Raven Circle and community amenities (building, pool, garden area, playground, and sports field) on a 30± acre parcel located at 1400 Mountain View Road in the Residential Zoning District (RZD). Continued from December 10, 2020. To be continued to April 14, 2020. On January 28 the hearing will be opened and immediately continued to April 14. No testimony from applicant, audience, or staff will be heard on January 28. 
  
  
• DP 20-19 / HP 20-01 Blair Knowles requests a discretionary permit and certificate of appropriateness (CoA) to change the use of an existing residential dwelling to a mixed-use building with a dwelling and real estate brokerage office, expand the parking area, and add a freestanding sign at 7997 Williston Road located in the National Register Historic District of the Village Zoning District (VZD).

• WDB Chapter 11 Growth Management – March 24, 2020 will be the first time the revised criteria (bylaw amended February 2019) will be implemented by the DRB  

• Notice of Zoning Violation/ Status Update regarding Blair Park Hotel, DP 18-06.1 at 34 Blair Park Road in the Business Park Zoning District (BPZD).
