DP 21-20 Taft Corners Associates, Inc. c/o JL Davis requests pre-application review of a proposed mixed-use development, including a 19,230 SF grocery store at the corner of Wright Ave (north of 115 Merchants Row). This 7.0-acre project tract involves property west of Northfield Savings Bank (2424 St George Road) and north of the Hannaford supermarket (78 Marshall Ave) including the existing commercial buildings at 91, 101, and 115 Merchants Row in the Taft Corners Zoning District.
