Design Review

DP 21-20 Taft Corners Associates, Inc. c/o JL Davis requests pre-application review of a proposed mixed-use development on a 2.34 acre project tract. This includes a 19,230 SF grocery store at the corner of Wright Ave and Merchants Row, extension of Wright Avenue, a future multi-household residential building, and an urban park located in the Taft Corners Zoning District.
