Documents submitted with an application for DRB review are uploaded as a courtesy to the public and are not necessarily current and complete. The most up-to-date information is available in the Planning and Zoning Office, located in the Town Hall Annex at 7878 Williston Road. Our office is open Monday to Friday, 8am - 4:30pm. Comment letters received two (2) Wednesdays before a DRB meeting will be distributed to board members. If your letter is longer than 1 double-sided page or brought to the meeting, please provide 10 copies. Comment letters are added to the public record and are accepted by mail, email to bfalco@willistonvt.org, or in-person. AGENDA ITEMS: DP 19-05 Pre-App Michael and Jessica Brissett request a Pre-Application review to subdivide a 10.74 acre parcel into two (2) residential lots and one (1) open space lot at 495 Porterwood Drive in the ARZD. DP 19-06 Pre-App Morway's Moving and Storage requests a pre-application review of a commercial mini-storage site development on Lot 6 of the Robear Subdivision in the IZDW. DP 19-07 Quintin Brother’s Auto request a discretionary permit to build a 1104 SF storage facility at 1028 South Brownell Road in the IZDW. APP 19-01 Brookside Properties, LLC appeals a Notice of Zoning Violation at 212 Old Stage Road in the RZD and VZD.
