Comment letters received the Wednesday before a DRB meeting will be distributed to board members. If your letter is longer than 1 double-sided page or brought to the meeting, please provide 10 copies. DP 17-29 Northern Holdings Inc. requests a discretionary permit for Gravelstone, a 5-lot residential subdivision (3 single family dwellings, 1 duplex, and 1 openspace), at the corner of Old Creamery Road and Sunset Hill Road in the ARZD.

DP 17-01 Blackrock Construction requests a discretionary permit to construct Northridge, a 40-unit subdivision, on a 44 acre parcel north of Metcalf Drive in the Residential Zoning District (RZD). Continued from January 9, 2018 and February 13, 2018. Review subdivision plat.
