Documents submitted with an application for DRB review are uploaded as a courtesy to the public and are not necessarily current and complete. The most up-to-date information is available in the Planning and Zoning Office, located in the Town Hall Annex at 7878 Williston Road. Our office is open Monday to Friday, 8am - 4:30pm. Comment letters received the Wednesday before a DRB meeting will be distributed to board members. If your letter is longer than 1 double-sided page or brought to the meeting, please provide 10 copies. Comment letters are added to the public record and are accepted by mail, email to eheymann@willistonvt.org, or in-person. AGENDA ITEMS: DP 09-01.14 Union Bank requests a discretionary permit to construct a 9,312 SF, 2-story building with drive-thru and related site improvements near the corner of Williston Road and Zephyr Road in the Taft Corners Zoning District (TCZD). Channel 17 (CCTV) will not be covering this meeting.
