Comment letters received the Wednesday before a DRB meeting will be distributed to board members. If your letter is longer than 1 double-sided page or brought to the meeting, please provide 10 copies. DP 18-15 Peter Smejkal requests a discretionary permit to approve existing site plan and outdoor storage at 174 Avenue C in the Industrial Zoning District West (IZDW).

DP 17-01 Blackrock Construction requests a discretionary permit to construct Northridge, a 40-unit subdivision, on a 44 acre parcel north of Metcalf Drive in the Residential Zoning District (RZD). Continued January 9, 2018 and February 13, 2018.
