Documents submitted with an application for DRB review are uploaded as a courtesy to the public and are not necessarily current and complete. The most up-to-date information is available in the Planning and Zoning Office, located in the Town Hall Annex at 7878 Williston Road. Our office is open Monday to Friday, 8am - 4:30pm. Comment letters received two (2) Wednesdays before a DRB meeting will be distributed to board members. If your letter is longer than 1 double-sided page or brought to the meeting, please provide 10 copies. Comment letters are added to the public record and are accepted by mail, email to eheymann@willistonvt.org, or in-person.
AGENDA ITEMS: DP 19-03 Randee Brownell and Jo LaMarche request pre-application review of a 4-lot subdivision (3 dwellings and 1 open space lot) of a 51.3 acre parcel with existing dwelling at 4354 South Brownell Road in the ARZD. DP 18-21 The Robear Family requests a discretionary permit for a 9-lot subdivision of a 55.78 parcel to create 8 lots 1-9 acres in size and a 19.89 acre conservation lot at 4964 Williston Road in the IZDW. Continued to from September 25, 2018 and rescheduled for November 13, 2018 (original submission documents available here). DP 13-19.4 G.I.T Realty, LLC requests a discretionary permit to modify the outdoor display area at 4705 Williston Road in the IZDW.
