The most up-to-date information is available in the Planning and Zoning Office, located in the Town Hall Annex at 7878 Williston Road. Our office is open Monday to Friday, 8am - 4:30pm.

Comment letters received two (2) Wednesdays before a DRB meeting will be distributed to board members. If your letter is longer than 1 double-sided page or brought to the meeting, please provide 10 copies. Comment letters are added to the public record and are accepted by mail, email to eheymann@willistonvt.org, or in-person. 

AGENDA ITEMS: 

DP 11-23.3 Isham Family Farm LLC requests a discretionary permit to modify the parking area, construct an access drive off Fieldstone Drive, modify existing access drives, and establish a master sign plan at 3515 Oak Hill Road in the ARZD.

DP 18-04 Village Associates requests a discretionary permit to construct Mansfield Apartments, a proposed 31 one-bedroom unit building, and related site work at Lot 6/ 55-59 Day Lane in the Taft Corners Zoning District (TCZD).
