Documents submitted with an application for DRB review are uploaded as a courtesy to the public and are not necessarily current and complete. The most up-to-date information is available in the Planning and Zoning Office, located in the Town Hall Annex at 7878 Williston Road. Our office is open Monday to Friday, 8am - 4:30pm. Comment letters received the Wednesday before a DRB meeting will be distributed to board members. If your letter is longer than 1 double-sided page or brought to the meeting, please provide 10 copies. Comment letters are added to the public record and are accepted by mail, email to eheymann@willistonvt.org, or in-person. **This meeting will be held in the Police Station Community Room, 7928 Williston Road.** AGENDA ITEMS: DP 09-01 Amendment #13 Snyder Finney Crossing Commercial Properties, LLC and Rieley Properties, LLC request a discretionary permit to amend the type of dwelling units in Residential Building A2 located at Holland Lane in the Taft Corners Zoning District (TCZD). DP 18-14 Marshall Realty, LLC requests pre-application review of a proposed 23,500 SF television broadcast studio at Lot #27 Production Park on Marshall Avenue in the Industrial Zoning District West (IZDW).
