Update 1/16/18: DP 18-13 and DP 17-01 were continued to February 13, 2018. New documents will be posted on the February 13th webpage. This meeting will be held in the Police Station Community Room. Documents submitted with an application for DRB review are uploaded as a courtesy to the public and are not necessarily current and complete. The most up-to-date information is available in the Planning and Zoning Office, located in the Town Hall Annex at 7878 Williston Road. Our office is open Monday to Friday, 8am - 4:30pm. Comment letters received the Wednesday before a DRB meeting will be distributed to board members. Typed letters with comments, questions, or additional information are accepted by mail, email, or in-person and are added to the public record. Please provide 10 hardcopies if your letter is longer than 1 double-sided page or submitted at the meeting. AGENDA ITEMS: DP 18-13 Angela and Rejean LaFleche request a discretionary permit to alter front yard landscaping at Blondin Brothers Auto Body, 992-994 South Brownell Road in the Industrial Zoning District West (IZDW). DP 18-05 Bryan Harnett requests a discretionary permit to construct a 17,384 SF building for Burlington Emergency Veterinary Services (BEVS) on Lot 26 in Production Park on Marshall Avenue in the Industrial Zoning District West (IZDW). DP 17-01 Blackrock Construction requests a discretionary permit to construct Northridge, a 40-unit subdivision, on a 44 acre parcel north of Metcalf Drive in the Residential Zoning District (RZD). Continued to March 13, 2018.
