The most up-to-date information is available in the Planning and Zoning Office, located in the Town Hall Annex at 7878 Williston Road. Our office is open Monday to Friday, 8am - 4:30pm.

Comment letters received the Wednesday before a DRB meeting will be distributed to board members. If your letter is longer than 1 double-sided page or brought to the meeting, please provide 10 copies. Comment letters are added to the public record and are accepted by mail, email to eheymann@willistonvt.org, or in-person.

DP 18-16 Paul Heintz requests a discretionary permit to extend the driveway at 3250 Oak Hill Road in the Agricultural/ Rural Residential Zoning District (ARZD).

DP 18-06 VT Hotel Group, LLC requests a discretionary permit to construct a 4-story, 96-room hotel with underground parking at 34 Blair Park Road (Lot #9) in the Business Park Zoning District (BPZD). Continued from February 13, 2018. 

AP 18-0176, HP 18-06 Nathaniel Ogilvie requests an administrative permit to rebuild and replace footings under the attached garage/mudroom portion of an existing structure at 38 Slate Barn Drive in the National Register Historic District and the Village Zoning District.
