Documents submitted with an application for DRB review are uploaded as a courtesy to the public and are not necessarily current and complete. The most up-to-date information is available in the Planning and Zoning Office, located in the Town Hall Annex at 7878 Williston Road. Our office is open Monday to Friday, 8am - 4:30pm. Comment letters received two (2) Wednesdays before a DRB meeting will be distributed to board members. If your letter is longer than 1 double-sided page or brought to the meeting, please provide 10 copies. Comment letters are added to the public record and are accepted by mail, email to bfalco@willistonvt.org, or in-person. AGENDA ITEMS: DP 17-01.1 Pre-App BlackRock Construction requests pre-application review to amend allocation schedule for 8 dwelling unit equivalents in the NorthRidge subdivision located north of Metcalf Drive and east of Coyote Lane in the RZD. DP 19-09 Gary Howard requests pre-application review of a 3-lot subdivision of 121 acres of land (2 residential and 1 open space lot) on Butternut Road located east of 846 Butternut Road and west of 1120 Butternut Road in the ARZD. DP 19-11 Adams Real Properties, LLC seeks pre-application review of a 9-lot mixed-use subdivision of 41 acres of land located at 700 Mountain View Road in the RZD. DP 19-08 Big Three, LLC seeks to amend Conditional Use Permit # 05-16 to allow for restructuring Catamount Country Club at 1400 Mountain View Road in the RZD.
