DP 21-12 Grey Birch, LLC c/o Curtis Trousdale requests pre-application review to convert an existing commercial unit to residential unit in a mixed-use building located at 141-149 Knight Lane in the Taft Corners Zoning District.
DP 21-13 Adams Real Properties LLC c/o Jason Adams requests a discretionary permit to establish an approx. 2,162 SF outdoor storage area at 31 Adams Drive in the Industrial Zoning District West (IZDW).
DP 16-05.3 Community Bank NA c/o Kris Francis requests a discretionary permit amendment to reconfigure the drive-thru access lanes at their existing building located at 28 Cottonwood Drive in the Mixed-Use Residential Zoning District (MURZD).
DP 09-01.22 Snyder FC Commercial Properties LLC and Rieley Properties LLC request a discretionary permit to construct a multi-tenant commercial building (approx. 26,000 SF) on Lot C-2 (3.08 acres) in Finney Crossing at the corner of Holland Lane and Williston Road in the Taft Corners Zoning District (TCZD).
