 AGENDA ITEMS 

  • Continued to date uncertain: DP 21-20 Taft Corners Associates, Inc. c/o JL Davis requests pre-application review of a proposed mixed-use development, including a 19,230 SF grocery store at the corner of Wright Ave (north of 115 Merchants Row). This 7.0-acre project tract involves property west of Northfield Savings Bank (2424 St George Road) and north of the Hannaford supermarket (78 Marshall Ave) including the existing commercial buildings at 91, 101, and 115 Merchants Row in the Taft Corners Zoning District.

  • DP 22-01 Pre-App Trinity Baptist Church (c/o Billy Gotcher) requests pre-application review for their proposed residential subdivision (58 dwelling units) located on a 19.6acre parcel; and building additions to house a school addition and gym, 5 staff accommodation units and a relocated soccer field located on a 27.9acre parcel; located at 300 Trinity Drive in the Residential Zoning District (RZD).

  • DP 22-02 Pre-App Trinity Baptist Church (c/o Billy Gotcher) requests pre-application review for their proposed 3-lot residential subdivision on an 8.7acre parcel to create 2 new dwelling units located at 425 Mountain View Road in the Agricultural Rural Residential Zoning District (ARZD).

  • APP 22-01 Marcia Urie, Georgeann Jenkins and John Lentine appeals the issuance of Certificate of Compliance 22-09 for 1505 Old Stage Road pertaining to permit AP 21-0120 and DP 18-08 in the Agricultural Rural Residential Zoning District (ARZD).
