  • DP 20-15 Kevin Mazuzan requests a discretionary permit for a 2-lot subdivision on a 5.27-acre parcel to create 1 new dwelling unit at 1120 Butternut Road in the Agricultural/Rural Residential Zoning District (ARZD).

  • DP 20-13 Vermont Dept of Buildings and General Service c/o Jennifer Fitch requests a discretionary permit to construct a new public safety facility, garage/storage building, and parking at 3294 St George Road in the Gateway Zoning District South (GZDS).
