Continuance Requested: DP 21-20 Taft Corners Associates, Inc. c/o JL Davis requests pre-application review of a proposed mixed-use development, including a 19,230 SF grocery store at the corner of Wright Ave (north of 115 Merchants Row). This 7.0-acre project tract involves property west of Northfield Savings Bank (2424 St George Road) and north of the Hannaford supermarket (78 Marshall Ave) including the existing commercial buildings at 91, 101, and 115 Merchants Row in the Taft Corners Zoning District.
- DP 21-17 Champlain Housing Trust c/o Miranda Lescaze requests a discretionary permit to convert an existing 99-room hotel (2 buildings) to 72 studio/one-bedroom apartments at 66 Zephyr Road in the Taft Corners Zoning District.
- DP 21-19 GPA, LLC c/o Patrick O’Brien request pre-application review to develop three (3) commercial/industrial buildings (approx. 103,750 SF total) with parking, loading areas, and related appurtenances on Lot 4 of the Robear Subdivision, a vacant 8.74-acre parcel located on Williston Road opposite Munson Drive in the Industrial Zoning District West (IZDW).
