  • DP 20-18 Pre-App Ethan Allen Holdings LLC c/o Chris Senesac requests pre-application review to participate in Growth Management in March 2022 for their proposed residential subdivision located on a 30± acre parcel located at 1400 Mountain View Road in the Residential Zoning District (RZD).

  • DP 09-01.23 The Snyder FC Commercial Properties LLC and Rieley Properties LLC requests a discretionary permit to construct building H (restaurant) and the urban park at Holland Lane and Market Street in Finney Crossing in the Taft Corners Zoning District (TCZD).
