 AGENDA ITEMS 

  • DP 11-23.4 Mike Isham requests a discretionary permit to expand the parking lot for Fall Festival and amend the hours for amplified music/sound at the banquet facility at Isham Family Farm, 3515 Oak Hill Road in the Agricultural/ Rural Residential Zoning District (ARZD). 
  • DP 21-11 Senait Kassa of Luckett & Farley, on behalf of UPS, requests a discretionary permit to construct a building addition and expand the parking lot at 454 Harvest Lane in the Mixed-Use Commercial Zoning District (MUCZD). Continued to date uncertain; withdrawn on June 30, 2021. 
  • DP 09-01.22 Snyder FC Commercial Properties LLC and Rieley Properties LLC request pre-application review for a proposed multi-tenant commercial building in Finney Crossing at the corner of Holland Lane and Williston Road in the Taft Corners Zoning District (TCZD).
  • DP 09-01.21 Snyder FC Commercial Properties LLC and Rieley Properties LLC request a Master Sign Plan amendment for commercial portion of Finney Crossing located along Holland Lane, Market Street and Williston Road in the Taft Corners Zoning District (TCZD).
  • APP 21-01 Kevin Brochu appeals the issuance of Certificate of Compliance 21-24 for 7999 Williston Road pertaining to permit AP 20-0025 and DP 15-06 in the Village Zoning District (VZD). 

How to Participate: Due to COVID-19, town board meetings are being held virtually using Zoom. No physical space is required for open meeting law as of Monday, March 30, 2020. Zoom is free to the public and does not require registration or log-in. Public comment at this hearing is welcomed and encouraged using the following methods:
