  • HP 21-03 Nayo Ogilvie requests a Certificate of Appropriateness and administrative permit to replace some windows and install a door and fire escape stairs at 38 Slate Barn Drive in the National Register Historic District within the Village Zoning District (VZD).

  • HP 21-04 / AP 21-0229 Jennifer Hoag requests a COA and administrative permit to add two (2) window awnings facing Williston Road at 7531 Williston Road in the Additional Review Area of the Village Zoning District. 

  • DP 18-06.2 J & J Vermont Property, LLC. C/O Jin Zhang requests a Master Sign Plan amendment for 34 Blair Park in the Business Park Zoning District (BPZD).
  • DP 20-02 Abby Dery of Trudell Consulting Engineers, on behalf of Nick and Aerwen Stagers, requests a discretionary permit to demolish the existing dwelling and construct a 2-story mixed-use building with a dentist office and 3-bedroom dwelling unit with garage, parking, and related appurtenances at 5063 Williston Road in the Gateway Zoning District West (GZDW).

How to Participate: Due to COVID-19, town board meetings are being held virtually using Zoom. No physical space is required for open meeting law as of Monday, March 30, 2020. Zoom is free to the public and does not require registration or log-in. Public comment at this hearing is welcomed and encouraged using the following methods:
