1) CALL TO ORDER The meeting came to order at 7:10 PM. 2) PUBLIC COMMENT 3) MINUTES OF THE JUNE 4, 2019 PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING
On a motion made by _________ and seconded by _________ the Planning Commission approved the minutes with a vote #-#. No Quorum
4) NOTICES FROM NEIGHBORING JURISDICTIONS
Cate asked how Richmond’s change might impact Williston. Matt explained he did not feel it would have an impact on Williston and explained requirement for towns to notifiy abutting towns of zoning changes.
a) ZONING BYLAW CHANGES- RICHMOND ii) Amendment Report iii) Proposed Amendment
5) ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING Officers could not be elected.
Matt briefed about meeting with team hired to do shared parking study in Maple Tree Place. Matt discussed impact fees.
6) INTRODUCTION – OFFICIAL MAP PROJECT Matt discussed idea of establishing a task force for official map. Raised idea of hiring RPC to help. Discussion of highlighting desired trail easement connections on official map. Discussed nearby towns that utilize an official map.
7) INTRODUCTION- MODE SHIFT FACILITIES PROJECT Matt talked about possibility of mode shift facility at Maple Tree Place.
