  • DP 20-19 / HP 20-01 Blair Knowles requests a discretionary permit and certificate of appropriateness (CoA) to change the use of an existing residential dwelling to a mixed-use building with a dwelling and real estate brokerage office, expand the parking area, and add a freestanding sign at 7997 Williston Road located in the National Register Historic District of the Village Zoning District (VZD).
