Funding can only support purchases or services in the fiscal year they happen. The VMN Program is schedule for September 2025 to May 2026. Therefore, the program is only eligible for FY2026 funding at the discretion of the Planning Director and/or Town Manager and if remaining funds are available. The VMN program is not eligible for FY2025 and FY2027 funding if it does not take primarily take place in those fiscal years.
