July 14, 2021 Cemetery Meeting

Welcome Drew to the Cemetery Commission!  Great to have you on 

Carving of names on the stones in the Memorial Garden is underway.

Financial Report - We will discuss that at a later date.

Old Business:

Corner Stone Installation.  We will offer 3 sets of corner stones to each of our installers.  Do side by side corner stones need double markers?  The installers will need to know just where the stones go.  

New Business:

Submitted bill for $800 for work done by Woody Woodman.  Repairs and cleaning.  He is still working, and we will get another bill.

Correct corner stones in Row G in Deer View.

2 Trees need to come down in East.  Estimate of $2600. and looking for more estimates

Changes to the Rules and Regulations:  

    Sec. 7 Grass markers have to be set on 6 " of stone.  Final placement of marker shall not exceed level of turf.  

    Letter is being sent to one owner whose contractor has not complied with the rules, and they markers need to be placed in a correct position with stone under them.

    Delete Sec. F that eliminates Sunday burials.

    Sec. 10 D Delete D1, take out 10 E, change to !9 D $500 for Memorial Garden space.

Next week lime will be spread
