6:00 PM      SITE VISIT AT COTTONWOOD CROSSING 

  • Overview: 6:00-6:40 pm. Open to the public. Questions and discussion only for the purpose of orienting on-the-ground conditions to the site plans. No other business will be discussed and no public testimony taken.
  • Where: Meet at 31 Cottonwood Drive (near Suite 104, the Body Lab). No online participation option; site visit is in-person only. 
  • Parking: On-street along Cottonwood Drive or parking lot behind 31 Cottonwood Drive
  • Accessibility Description: Expect 0.4 miles of walking with frequent stops along flat terrain, paved and gravel surfaces. Closed toed shoes recommended.
  • Bad Weather Plan: Rain or shine. In the event of severe weather, the site visit will be cancelled. The final call will be made by 5:00 pm and posted to this webpage.

  • RESCHEDULED FROM 9/26/2023: DP 16-05.5 Allen Brook Development Inc. c/o Al Senecal requests a discretionary permit to modify the phasing plan for Phase 1 infrastructure, modify the Overall Phasing Plan, modify the construction staging area, and amend the overall site plan with as-built conditions. Cottonwood Crossing is located at 27, 28, 31, 32 Cottonwood Drive and 323 Connor Way in the Taft Corners Form-Based Code Overlay District and Mixed-Use Residential Zoning District (MURZD).
  • DP 24-02 Pre-App Malcolm Willard requests pre-application review of a 3-lot subdivision on a 10.49-acre parcel to create one 6.49-acre parcel and two 2-acre parcels for 2 new dwelling units at 699 Nob Hill Road in the Agricultural/Rural Zoning District (ARZD).

  • CONTINUED TO OCTOBER 10, 2023: APP 24-01 Appellant Craig Sampson, Jr. files an appeal of AP 24-0016, an administrative permit for the proposed repositioning of Rosewood Drive, a shared private driveway for DP 19-03 Brownell & LaMarche Subdivision, docket no. 20-ENV-00015, at 4354 South Brownell Road Agricultural/Rural Zoning District (ARZD).
