Williston Housing Trust Fund

The Town of Williston offers funding assistance through its Housing Trust Fund in the form of grants and loans. Starting July 1, 2025, the Town is offering two funding programs. These programs help people stay in their homes by providing assistance to pay rent or mortgage in arrears or to fund needed home improvements for low-income households.
