CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS

  • HP 25-06 The Immaculate Heart of Mary Church c/o Bill Rensch requests a Certificate of Appropriateness to change roof drip lines and flashing from copper to aluminum on the (pending) non-contributing church at 7417 Williston Road in the Village Zoning District. A COA is required per WDB 4.5.4.1 because the property contains a (pending) Contributing Structure.
