DESIGN REVIEW 

  • DP 26-02 Blair Knowles and Matt Parisi request pre-application of a 5-unit development at 7997 Williston Road in the Village Zoning District. The existing historic home (currently an office use) will be converted to 2 dwellings, the garage/barn converted to a carriage home, and 2 new carriage-style homes constructed at the rear. DRB hearing scheduled for October 14, 2025.
