ADVICE TO ZONING ADMINISTRATOR

CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS

  • HP 26-01 Paul & Susie Dickin request a Certificate of Appropriateness to change the roof material from metal to architectural asphalt shingles and modify the garage door to a mandoor and window at 8101 Williston Road in the Village Zoning District. A COA is required per WDB 4.5.4.1 because the property cis withint the National Register Historic District. .
