Cemetery Meeting February 19, 2019

Meeting called to order 10.30 AM at the Old Brick Church

Old Business:

East:

    Shed on hold

    Contact UVM Extension about weed killers for the seedum.

Morse:

    Finishing fence put on hold

Chittenden:

    Post markers for rows may be put in by scouts.

    Finish cleaning stones

Deer View:

    Town will fix waterline so cemetery will have water again

    Need to put numbers on post markers

    Plant trees

New Business:

Deer View:

    Will have a meeting with town to discuss having a 10 year plan put in place to expand Deer View. 

Gave Ginger Isham permission to bring guests to a meeting as she desires.

Will ask Bob to attend more meetings and let us know what he needs and wants for the upkeep of the cemeteries.

Jack will write letter to the Asletine family letting them know what how we're handling their very generous bequest for East.

Meeting adjourned 12 PM

Next meeting April 9 at 7.30 PM at the town office.

We also met on January 8 at the town office at 10 AM at the town offices to update all cemetery maps.
