DESIGN REVIEW

DP 23-12 and DP 23-03.2 U-Haul Moving & Storage c/o Jeffery Vaine request a discretionary permit for their proposed 17,780 SF warehouse facility and associated parking at Robear Lot 2 on the South side of Williston Road, adjacent to the existing U-Haul facility in the Industrial Zoning District West (IZDW). DP 23-03.2 is the master sign plan, which is reviewed in the same staff report.

FYI: Town Fair and Green Up Day Saturday, May 6

Would anyone like to volunteer to help set up or break down?
HAAC greening up (pending applications) on May 2 from 5-6:30 (Emily H has a hard stop at 6:30 for Planning Commission, everyone else is welcome to keep greening up).
