Update 9/25/2017: The hearing for DP 18-01 Handy Barn has been POSTPONED until further notice. The hearing for DP 16-20 DeVita Subdivision has been continued to October 24, 2017 at 7:00 pm. Documents for DP 18-01 and DP 16-20 can be found in the "September 12 2017" folder on previous page.

DP 14-06 Amendment #1 Howard & Janice Novak and Jason & Laura Greene request a discretionary permit to amend the building envelopes of Lot #2 Heartstone Lane and 223 Heartstone Lane (Lot #3) in the Agricultural/ Rural Residential Zoning District (ARZD).  

DP 16-20 Frank and Christel DeVita request a discretionary permit to subdivide Lot #5 into 4 lots to create 3 new lots with single family dwellings and reconfigure Lot #5 at 290 Fieldstone Drive in the Agricultural/ Rural Residential Zoning District (ARZD).  

DP 18-05 Bryan Harnett requests pre-application review to build a new 17,000 SF veterinary hospital and for a boundary line adjustment between Lots 26 & 27 at Production Park on Marshall Avenue in the Industrial Zoning District West (IZDW).

DP 18-04 Village Associates requests pre-application review of a 31 one-bedroom unit building at 55-59 Day Lane in the Taft Corners Zoning District (TCZD).
