What is our Mission Statement?
The Brick Church Music Series is intended to promote community interaction by bringing a variety of musical performances to Williston at an affordable price.  An important part of the mission is to engage the Williston community-as patrons, as performers, and as members of charitable organizations-by showcasing local and regional musical talent while providing fund raising opportunities to community based non-profit groups.

What is our goal?

2. Supporting the arts and local artists.
3. Creating an opportunity for nonprofit community groups to raise money.

How do we hope to achieve these goals?

1. First, a series of seven to eight concerts are planned each year to be held in the village center of Williston in September or October.
2. Second, each concert will feature local and regional musical talent and will offer “opening act” spots for emerging talent.  The open act will proved an opportunity for these musical artists to gain experience performing before a live audience.
3. Finally, each event will have a Host Community Group linked with it.  The Host Group provides volunteers, event coordination and supervision, ticket & concession sales, cleanup, and helps with promotion and identification of sponsors for that event.  The Host Group is the beneficiary of all money raised after costs.

Who are the Organizers?
A group of five individuals are responsible for creating and maintaining the music series on a volunteer basis.  They handle venue arrangements through the town and take care of publicity, sound, stage, and lighting.  They rely on corporate sponsors and community organizations to assist with helping to keep ticket prices low while helping to raise money for the community.  The group of five includes, David Yandell, Peter Engisch, Bob Paco, and Keith Gaylord, and Rick McGuire.
