HAAC Meeting - November 20, 2018
Design Reviews - none Referrals from the Zoning Administrator - none Certificates of Appropriateness - none Upcoming Events & Workshops - Black Friday Parking Study on November 23rd Revising Chapter 42
- Village Master Plan objectives & policies (5.3.5) - Group brainstorm on bylaw language
- Village Master Plan 5.3.5: Demolition Objective & Policies - Essex Junction Land Use Code (pages 74-80). Their demolition standards address qualified reporting, documentation standards, and economic hardship, as a follow up to our discussion last time on these topics. - Waterbury Zoning Regulations (pages 60-63) - Dorset Zoning Bylaw (pages 53-63). While Dorset is very restrictive and detailed oriented in their design review (see 9.4.5.3 for #6 shutters), it is a good read for understanding the lingo and getting ideas for how to shape our bylaw to meet the Village Master Plan requirements.
- Brainstorming vs. draft bylaw language - Devin Coleman visit for Q&A in December or January? - General questions/feedback as the HAAC formally moves into the rewrite project
Minutes of the November 6, 2018 HAAC meeting Calendar - No meeting on January 1, 2019 Adjournment
