We met at the Gazebo on the Green

 Members present:

    Jack Price

    Bea Harvey

    Cameron Clark

    Hazel Winter

Meeting called to order 3 PM

Minutes of last meeting were accepted.

It was noted that Kevin was at East with Mr St. Hilaire and giving him tips on how to dig a grave for the vault.  Thanks to Kevin!

Long discussion of Bob and just what his duties as Sexton had been.  Among his duties were : Upkeep of all 4 cemeteries as well as the Memorial Garden, putting in corner stones on lots, take up the flags in the fall, digging the graves for the cremation urns, and digging the spaces for the cremains in the Memorial Garden.

Bob will continue to do the cremation graves, and the Memorial Garden.

All and all, we should have a Sexton.

Carmen will look into getting a sign for the walk in/pedestrian gate at East Cemetery.

400 pounds of lime was delivered, and we wanted 500.  Carmen will get the extra 100 pounds.

Memorial Garden is in progress for spring cleaning.

Flags will be put out by the Boy Scouts again this year.

We are in need of one more commissioner.

We'd like  an updated list of lot owners in Deer View.

Rules and Regulations need updating.  Hazel will do this.

Respectfully submitted,

Hazel Winter, Sec.
