Meeting Minutes - March 28, 2022
3/28/2022 Cemetery Meeting Members present: Got down to business, the purpose of which was to update the Cemetery maps. Drew was a huge help in making bigger copies of East and Deer View. Thank you Drew! With the work done, we Discussed Deer View in which we have 118 spaces left and that led to some talk about when we need to look into expanding. We sold 29 lots in 2021. We also discussed green burials and just how they're set up. Hazel will look into that. We have a burial scheduled for May 7 in East. There were a couple of hiccups, but all is about settled. Our main gate and some of the front fence need repair. Jack is waiting for bids to do the job. The Eastern gate is in bad shape. One bid has come in on lawn for the summer. We'll keep our fingers crossed. We will have a regular meeting in April, date and place to be announced soon. We gathered up and left about 4.30 PM. Respectfully submitted, |
