Cemetery Meeting October 11, 2016

Meeting called to order at 6 PM

The article for the Observer is all set and will be in the paper in the near future.  It was decided that we should add the duties of the commissioners as we're trying to attract more members.

Tabled the discussion of having more work done this fall.

Discussion of budget and just where we stand.  As it is confusing to figure out just where we do stand, we would like a monthly budget report at each meeting.  It would make it so much easier to know just what's been paid, and what we have left.  We have plans of bringing all the cemeteries up to par, but can't manage it without knowing where we stand financially.

Next cemetery meeting Nov. 8 at 6 PM at the Town Clerks Office.
