Cemetery Meeting Nov. 8, 2016

Meeting called to order 6 PM

Cemeteries checked and flags for veterans all set for Veteran's Day.

Parks and Recreation has topsoil, and we need to figure out how much we'll need for spring for East, Sec. 5 & 6. 

Bruce will talk to Jen and see if we can get a spreadsheet so we can keep accurate track of how much money we have to work.  Seems like we never really know, and we need to.  We're looking at working a plan out to fix Morse, then Chittenden, and on to East with Deerview bringing up the rear as it's the newest and has the least if any problems.

Copies or Rules and Regulations along with work orders have been sent out to Ginger Isham and John Price.

Need to explain budget needs to Selectmen for 17/18.  We'd like to clean the big stone in Chittenden Cemetery and that will run around $2000.  We also have dead and dying trees in East.

Storage buildings in East and Deerview need repair.  They are rotting at the base, and the one in East is a general mess.

Flower boxes on gazebo in Deerview need to be taken off.  To have flowers in them requires way too much time to take care of them.
