  • DP 21-19.3 GPA, LLC c/o Nicholas Smith requests discretionary permit review to amend the architectural design and adjust the retaining wall grades at 19 Clif's Court in the Industrial Zoning District West (IZDW).
  • DP 10-03.1 Christ Memorial Church, Greg Burton requests discretionary permit to realign the western parking lot to the new curb cut along Route 2A at 1033 Essex Road in the Residential Zoning District (RZD).
