  • DP 26-02.1 Blair Knowles and Matt Parisi request pre-application of a 3-unit development at 7997 Williston Road in the Village Zoning District (VZD). The existing structure will remain 1 dwelling unit and a commercial office. Two (2) new dwellings constructed in the rear of the lot. Historic & Design Advisory Committee review scheduled March 17, 2026.
