Erik Wells was hired by the Williston Selectboard to serve as the community's manager in July 2020 and serves at the pleasure of the Selectboard.  He has worked directly in or supporting local government since 2010.  He has worked in Williston since 2017, serving as Assistant to the Town Manager, and then Assistant Town Manager.  He received his Bachelor's degree from Saint Michael's College and his Masters in Public Administration (MPA) from the University of Vermont. Erik currently serves as the President of the Vermont Town and City Management Association (VTCMA).
