** On October 4, 2022 the Selectboard adopted the Taft Corners Form-Based Code. It became official on October 25, 2022. The Form-Based Code establishes a new committee and new permit procedures for  development within the Form-Based Code Overlay District.**

The Project Review Committee (PRC) is established to provide a coordinated and centralized technical review process to advise the Zoning Administrator and to ensure conformity with the requirements of the Code. The Project Review Committee is comprised of the Zoning Administrator, the Director of Public Works, and the Fire Chief. 

• Zoning Administrator: Matt Boulanger; or Melinda Scott, Deputy Zoning Administrator (only the Zoning Administrator can approve or deny a Certificate of Conformity). 
• Director of Public Works: Bruce Hoar; or Christine Dougherty, Assistant Director
• Fire Chief: Aaron Collette; or Tim Gerry, Deputy Chief
