The public can speak to the board at the beginning of every meeting during the public forum with general comments and concerns. For each agenda item, the board listens to testimony from the public during the hearing. Please state your name and address for the record each time you speak.
Comment letters received the Wednesday before a DRB meeting will be distributed to board members.
